During a course I took in the Spring semester of my Sophomore year, we conducted a project about interviews and leadership. We were tasked with identifying leaders we knew in our lives and asking them about their experiences as a leader. This was very insightful as I consider myself a leader too, so it was a great to conduct research and analyze to learn about other ways to be successful as a leader.
